Terms of Service

Services and quotes

Every engagement — a one-time fix, a website build, or a monthly care plan — starts with a written quote (usually on WhatsApp) describing the scope and price. Work begins after you approve the quote. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.

Care plans

Care plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel any month; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Each plan covers the tasks listed in its description — large projects (redesigns, new features, migrations) are quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you own or are authorized to manage the websites, hosting, domains, and content you ask us to work on. Content you provide (text, images, product data) must not infringe anyone's rights.

Backups and third parties

We take a backup before every significant change we make. We are not responsible for failures caused by third parties outside our control — hosting outages, payment gateway downtime, plugin vendors, or changes made by others to your website. Where a third party causes an issue, we help you resolve it as part of the agreed work.

Liability

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We never intentionally take risks with a live website — that is the point of backups, staging, and testing.
