Cancel any month — no lock-in, no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Paid months in which work was delivered are not refunded; if you cancel before any work happened in a new billing period, we refund that period.
If we quote a fix and cannot deliver it, you pay nothing. If a delivered fix doesn't hold — the same issue returns from the same cause within 14 days — we fix it again at no extra charge.
Builds are staged: an upfront deposit, then milestone payments tied to deliverables. The deposit covers planning and design work and is non-refundable once that work is delivered. You may stop a project at any milestone — you pay only for the stages completed, and everything produced so far is yours.
